Warehouse Team Lead: Inventory & KPI Champion
Job summary
A logistics company is seeking a warehouse team captain for a full-time permanent position in Larne. In this role, you will manage stock accuracy, ensuring that deliveries meet requests without errors. You will monitor team performance, provide feedback, and document weekly supervisions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word, and must be at least 18 years old. This is an on-site position within a mixed working environment.
Qualifications
- Confident in basic arithmetic without a calculator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Founded understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must be aged 18 years and over.
Responsibilities
- Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot.
- Perform delivery checks and ensure accuracy of incoming deliveries.
- Monitor audit data and provide performance feedback.
- Documentweekly supervision with team members.
