Job summary
A well-known charity in Holywood is seeking a Temporary Facilities Administrator to provide essential administrative support. This role involves logging and tracking facility-related issues, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with contractors. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative experience, be confident with logging systems, and possess excellent communication skills. Immediate availability is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative experience, ideally in a facilities-related environment.
- Confident using internal logging or ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities team.
- Log, track and update facility-related issues using the internal system.
- Liaise closely with the Senior Manager regarding maintenance requests.
