As our Technical Lead, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge apps, integrations, and solutions. You\'ll work in a highly agile, cross-functional team, where quality, innovation, and simplicity are key. Not only will you provide technical leadership, but you\'ll also get your hands dirty as a senior engineer, leading by example and driving our solutions forward.

• Lead by example: As a senior engineer, you\'ll be the technical authority, making key decisions that shape our solutions.
• Hands-on engineering: Spend the majority of your time coding, testing, and delivering solutions that delight our customers.
• Innovate & improve: Continuously improve our apps, services, and tools, leveraging the latest technologies.
• Customer-focused leadership: Advise on complex technical integrations and contribute to key customer projects.
• Shape the future: Provide strategic input to help define the future of the Showpad platform.
• Proactive ownership: Take initiative in product management, strategy, and planning, always looking for ways to improve and grow.
• Extensive experience with back-end technologies (our stack is mostly NodeJS with Typescript).
• Experience in cloud-native development, strong understanding of cloud architecture and serverless services, ideally in AWS.
• You thrive in small, high-performing teams and have excellent communication skills.
• Eager to learn new technologies, grow your team, and help scale the company.
• A keen eye for quality and simplicity, with a "right tool for the job" mindset.

• Experience with front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern javascript front-end frameworks such as React, Angular and Vue.
