Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Manager role within Facilities Management (FM).
• Experience on PFI contracts is preferred.
• Experience with private sector contracts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical issues and investigate defects or asset failures.
• Ensure service delivery improves and meets specifications.
• Contribute to financial performance by ensuring operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with planning and service review procedures.
• Complete planned maintenance tasks and manage reactive works.
