• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with families, children, or vulnerable populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Ability to assess situations, identify needs, and develop effective support plans.
• Knowledge of community resources and services available to families.
• Cultural competency and a commitment to serving diverse populations.
