At this service we provide 24 hour residential support to 6 individuals living in with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We provide individualised support that is person centred. Each individual we support has a bespoke support plan suited to their needs and includes support for personal care, health and spiritual well-being, involvement in choice and decision making regarding every aspect of their life, finances, medication and ensuring regular reviews with GPs and other professionals.
