Qualifications

  • Experience in youth work or social care is preferred but not necessary as full training is provided.
  • Must have a full driving license.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, evenings, and sleepovers.

Please note, this role will include working weekends, sleep overs, morning and evenings so flexibility is required.

Responsibilities
  • Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children's social care - desirable as full training given)
  • Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.
  • Display yourself as an appropriate role model
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience
  • Encourage positive life experiences for the children
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar setting (e.g., youth work, SEN/PRU settings, children's social care) or willingness to undergo full training
  • Flexible to work weekends, mornings, evenings and sleepovers
  • Full driving license
