Overview

Male Support Worker – Learning Disability Service – Glenholme, Hightrees, Enfield, EN2 9AA

Location: Glenholme, Hightrees, Enfield, EN2 9AA

Hours: Full-time opportunities available, up to 37.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £12.25 - £12.45 per hour (depending on experience) + paid training + health & wellbeing benefits + career development opportunities

What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker, you will help individuals with learning disabilities lead fulfilling and independent lives by promoting choice, inclusion, and dignity.

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Teaching and encouraging independent living skills
  • Supporting individuals with medication management
  • Facilitating community-based activities such as swimming, social events, and leisure outings
