Overview

We’re seeking extra special Care Workers to support people to live well at home. We are proud to be recognised with awards, including the 2024 National Care Awards (Domiciliary Care Provider of the Year) and the 2025 Home Care Awards. We would love for you to join our wonderful support worker teams.

Requirements of the Role

• No prior care experience required; FULL training will be provided.
• Compassion, respect and a desire to support people in your community.
• Car and valid driving licence.
• Right To Work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Location: live within approximately 5–10 miles of our High Wycombe team.
• Shift Times: 5 hour blocks (mornings 7am–12pm or 8am–1pm; evenings 3pm–8pm or 4pm–9pm). Availability to work alternate weekends and weekdays.
• Part time and flexi roles available.
• Real Living Wage employer: £14.21 per hour for time spent supporting people and £12.21 per hour for the rest of your time (travelling, training and team time).
