Senior Solicitor – Commercial Property

Location: Manchester (North)

Puro Associates are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Solicitor to join our thriving Commercial Property team. This is a key strategic role within a growing department that handles a diverse portfolio of high-value and complex property transactions.

The Role

As a Senior Solicitor, you will manage and lead on a broad range of commercial property matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases, lease renewals, and landlord & tenant matters
• Development projects, including site acquisition and planning
• Secured lending and property finance
• Corporate support on property aspects of business transactions

As a senior solicitor you will be responsible for leading negotiations, offering commercially focused legal advice, and maintaining long-standing client relationships. Your role will also include the supervision and mentoring of junior solicitors and support staff, contributing to the development of the team.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Solicitor

• Handle and lead on complex, high-value commercial property transactions
