Job summary
A healthcare provider in North East England seeks an enthusiastic receptionist to join their team. The role involves assisting patients with appointments and queries, inputting and managing information using computer systems. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and experience in customer care, as well as the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Previous General Practice experience with software like SystmOne is an advantage, though training will be provided. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
