An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-growth real estate company in central London as a Management Accountant. This role offers excellent exposure to senior management and combines reporting with commercial responsibilities.

1. Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts
2. Manage divisional P&L
3. Oversee Fixed Assets
4. Manage budgets and support decision-making
5. Prepare and manage financial forecasts
6. Conduct variance analysis
7. Oversee monthly Balance Sheet reviews
8. Engage in business partnering
9. Implement process improvements
10. Manage a team of two junior staff members

1. Recognised accounting qualification
2. Experience in process and efficiency improvements
3. Team management and mentoring skills
4. Proficiency in Excel
