Job summary
A leading car dealership in Hull is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to handle customer bookings and upsell services. Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, possess knowledge of DMS systems like Kerridge, and hold a valid UK Driving Licence. This position offers a base salary of £28,000 with an OTE of £37,000.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
- Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System.
- Experience in Upselling is required.
- Full manual UK Driving Licence is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Arrange Service Department bookings.
- Ensure efficient workshop loading and meet customer requirements.
- Upsell additional works and special offers/Service Plans.
