Exciting Senior Project Manager opportunity, winning and delivering key projects for a leading Tier 1 fit out and refurbishment company.

About the role of Senior Project Manager:

Working on commercial office fit out projects valued 5 - 40 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B and cut & carve across central London.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager:

1. Playing an active part in tendering and winning work
2. Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
3. Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
4. Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion

Requirements for Senior Project Manager:

1. Experience winning key projects and running them from cradle to grave
2. Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
3. CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out experience
4. Comfortable leading tenders or supporting a Project Director in tender delivery
