Technical Project Manager

Do you have experience managing and implementing marketing automation projects with a hands‑on and agile approach? If you follow processes that keep you "on the ball" while also sharing your own opinion, you might be the Technical Project Manager we are looking for.

What will your day look like?

Responsibilities

• Controlling the analysis phase
• Developing project plans and requirement specifications
• Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Ensuring configurators and developers are free of administrative overhead and that follow‑up, planning and time spend are overseen
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, motivating colleagues in their day‑to‑day tasks

Who are you going to work with?

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinating Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, Solution Architects and Developers. The position offers great opportunity for you to personally make a difference on the projects that you work on.

What do you bring to the table?

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, AEP or Salesforce marketing cloud
• Experience managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service‑oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions
• Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban
• Great communication skills, translating business language into technical language
