We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Future Infrastructure Programme.

Location: Burghfield, between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.

Package: Starting from £64,780, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Working pattern: 9-day fortnight with flexible working options; specify your preference in your application.

Role overview: Lead a large construction project, ensuring timely delivery, managing project teams and partners, controlling costs, quality, and safety, and adapting to project needs. Experience with large-scale construction projects is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing project governance, compliance, and reporting.
2. Overseeing resources, including personnel and budgets.
3. Planning and leading project tasks and initiatives.
4. Supporting change management and risk identification.
5. Performing other duties aligned with business needs.

Candidate qualities:

• Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in regulated industries is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex, high-value projects.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Risk management expertise.
• Experience with project lifecycle governance.
• Supportive leadership and team management skills.
