GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to our client based in London. Our client is a charity responsible for caring for some of the most famous parks in the world and their associated assets.

Main Duties of the Senior Project Manager:

1. Deliver on a range of public-facing projects from inception to completion
2. Management and oversight of maintenance related projects
3. Line management of a multi-disciplinary team
4. Budgetary responsibility for maintenance projects
5. Responsibility for the procurement and administration of the Builders Framework

1. Prince 2 Foundation qualification or relevant experience
2. Extensive experience managing a diverse range of projects
3. Experience of leading a team
4. Experience of managing contractors and ensuring that work is completed within agreed standards
5. Strong report-writing and analytical skills
