Job summary
A leading automotive recruitment specialist is seeking an Aftersales Advisor in Thatcham. The role involves responding to customer requests, managing service bookings, and improving service processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in the UK automotive industry, excellent customer service skills, and a full UK driving licence. - Previous experience as Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a dealership or independent workshop.
- Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests.
- Book vehicles for service/repair.
- Manage performance and contribute to effective working.
- Track vehicles through the workshop.
- Handle vehicle handovers.
Skills
Role: Aftersales Advisor
Location: Thatcham
Salary: 30k basic + 4k bonus + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 – NO WEEKEND ROTA!

- Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK DL
- Service or Aftersales Advisor background within the UK automotive industry
- Full UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
