Location: Vitacress Herbs, Runcton, Chichester

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Hours: 40 Hours

As our Group Finance Manager you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, shaping the future of a business that cares about people and the planet. In this role, you will lead on all accounting matters for our Group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. You'll reconcile balance sheets, analyse cost centre variances, and work closely with managers to keep everything on track.

You will take ownership of payroll, pensions, and employee-related reporting, and you'll be the go-to expert for UK tax developments. From VAT and Corporation Tax to Group Treasury and cashflow forecasting, you'll make sure we stay compliant and financially strong.

You’ll also drive innovation, by leading projects to improve systems and processes, making them more efficient and user-friendly. You'll provide training, mentor two direct reports, and build strong relationships across the business. Your work will support senior management and stakeholders, ensuring we deliver financial excellence every day.
