  • Position: Customer Service Executive
  • Salary: £28,000 per year plus very good company benefits along with the possibility of career progression within the business. 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and good pension scheme. Company operates an annual bonus scheme
  • Location: Edenbridge, Kent
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
  • Edenbridge. There is plenty of free parking on site for all staff – workplace based close to Edenbridge station.

We are very pleased to be working alongside our medium sized, successful and highly reputable client as they seek to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their team at their offices in Edenbridge. My client is highly thought of within their sector and offer an excellent environment and team in which to work.

This role is full time (Monday-Friday 0830-1700) and offers an excellent opportunity to join a very established and reputable company. There is parking available on site and my client is based close to Edenbridge station. 1 day working from home per week after completion of successful probationary period.

The role – Customer Service Executive

My client works very closely with their customers to help solve their business requirements.

We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and who has a positive attitude, along with great customer service skills.

Duties / responsibilities will include:
  • Act as the customers point of contact, ensuring their requirements are met and orders are dealt with efficiently.
  • Handle incoming orders
  • Liaise with colleagues regarding production and delivery dates – ensuring any changes are communicated to the customer.
  • Deal with new projects and repeat orders for the customer from beginning to end.
  • Support colleagues with their internal admin.
  • Issue stock and order reports to customers.
  • Communications via teams, telephone and email.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
  • Customer focused with a great telephone manner
  • Able to deal with people at all levels both within and outside the business
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritising workload and working with changing deadlines.
  • Great computer skills
