Our client is a market leader in delivering innovative Field Service Management (FSM) solutions to businesses across the UK. Their technology empowers organisations to streamline operations, increase workforce productivity and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With an established client base and a reputation for excellence, they’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and strengthen market presence.

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new opportunities within targeted industries. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored FSM solutions that address each prospect’s operational challenges. This is a role for a proactive, consultative salesperson who can confidently take a prospect from first contact through to signed agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking and industry events.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their operational challenges and demonstrating how our FSM solutions deliver measurable results.
