Job summary

- Prepare specifications, drawings, bills of quantities for tenders.
- Ensure correct interpretation of contracts and manage commercial risks.
- Monitor budgets and undertake cash-flow projections.
- Administer contracts for maximum value and minimize risks.
- Facilitate dialogue between contractors and consultants.
