Propsource Consulting is working with a well-known, global multidisciplinary consultancy that is currently seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager to join their team in their Manchester office.

Working within their Project & Development Services team, you’ll partner closely with directors and other team members to provide professional advice to clients across a diverse range of private sector residential and commercial projects.

As a Project Manager you will lead on the following:

  • Managing construction projects from inception, including development planning, budgeting and contractor procurement, through to completion of the construction phase
  • Overseeing day-to-day delivery, acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Managing tasks and deliverables alongside the client and wider project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projects
  • Assist in managing the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring the project complies with applicable statutory and regulatory legislation
  • Health & Safety compliance
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed quality standards, with a strong focus on client satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • MRICS desired but not essential
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Can come from a Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying background
  • Strong leadership and commercial skills
  • Personality-wise, you’ll thrive in a proactive, sociable, and ambitious team environment
