Qualifications

• Experience within a private practice / consultancy.
• Able to act as Employer's Agent for project delivery.
• Chair progress meetings and produce meeting minutes.

Responsibilities

• Procure necessary consultancy services for projects.
• Prepare accurate tender and contract packages.
• Independently manage project delivery.

Skills

Strong Pre and post contract knowledge

Excellent attitude and team player

Ability to support with mentoring junior colleagues

Education

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree

MRICS or currently working towards
