As our Quality & Safety Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our quality, environmental, safety and health systems running smoothly.

Working closely with the Quality Manager and QESH team, you’ll keep documentation up to date, co-ordinate training and inductions, and make sure everything we do meets the highest compliance standards.

Whether you’re organising audits, managing safety equipment, or updating our learning systems, your efforts will help keep our sites, teams, and processes safe and efficient.

Day to day, you will:

• Support our accreditations and quality compliance records
• Co-ordinate internal audits and assist with DSE assessments
• Maintain the internal passport system
• Oversee PPE inventory and distribution
• Share important safety updates and QESH news across the business

To be considered as our Quality & Safety Administrator, you will need:

• Previous administration experience
• Competence in all aspects of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong record-keeping abilities
• The ability to work independently using your own initiative
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• The ability to engage a wide range of people
• A full, valid driving licence

Quality and/or health & safety experience would be beneficial to your application.
