Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in quality within regulated manufacturing, ideally aerospace.
  • Deep knowledge of GD&T and inspection processes.
  • Strong expertise in RCA methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa.

What Youll Be Doing

As Quality Manager, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing a team of 30+ quality professionals and owning the site-level QC function. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the training, development, and performance of a large QC team
  • Managing metrology, inspection and GD&T
  • Leading MRB activities and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions activities
  • Driving compliance to AS9100, ISO9001, AS9102, NADCAP, and ISO14001
  • Embedding a quality-first mindset, and continuous improvement activities across engineering, production, and leadership team

What Youll Need as Quality Manager:

  • HNC/HND/Apprenticeship/Degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Proven leadership experience in quality within regulated manufacturing, ideally aerospace
  • Deep knowledge of GD&T, metrology and inspection processes
  • Strong expertise in RCA methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa
  • A hands-on leadership style, confident working on the shop floor and engaging at senior levels
