Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Health and Safety Manager for a permanent position in Dudley, UK. The successful candidate will develop a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with quality systems. Responsibilities include promoting safety practices, investigating incidents, and maintaining the Quality Management System. Ideal candidates have over 5 years' experience in H&S and quality management, preferably with knowledge of ISO standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in health & safety, quality, and QMS.
- Experience working in accordance with ISO standards is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of health & safety and quality throughout the organisation.
- Report accidents and incidents, and provide support in carrying out investigations.
- Ensure that the Quality Management System is up to date and followed by all departments.
- Act as a key contact for customer complaints and assist in investigations.
- Contribute to FMEAs, risk management plans, and reports.
