Rate: £110-£150 per inspection

IR35: Outside IR35 available

The Opportunity

An established London-based client is seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class 2F) to support their Building Control team on a flexible, long-term contract basis. The role offers part-time inspection work, with the option of up to 2 full days or 4 half days per week, providing excellent flexibility for inspectors balancing multiple commitments. You will carry out inspections across a varied portfolio of projects, ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations while working closely with a supportive technical team. Key Requirements
