MOT Tester required for our Client's busy dealership, located in Cheltenham.

The salary of this role is up to £30000 basic with OTE of £36000.

MOT Testers play a huge role in our Client's company and they play a huge role in keeping our roads safe!

• Starting salary around £30,000 per annum pending experience/brand accreditation.
• Access to a performance-relatedbonus of around £6,000 per annum with an initial three-month bonus guarantee for the right candidate.
• Overtime, subject to availability, paid at standard rate.
• 22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays and your birthday off.

• Working hours from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm and paid as overtime.

• Hold a valid MOT Licence
• Have previous working experience within the role
• A Full UK Driving Licence
• The ability to communicate with customers effectively
• A sound Mechanical knowledge
• Carrying out MOT Failure rectification work as and when required
• Ensuring VOSA standards are met at all times
