A leading UK property management company is seeking a dynamic Team Leader in Greater London. This role focuses on overseeing a small team to drive leasing efforts and improve occupancy for residential properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commercial mindset. Experience in Build to Rent or similar sectors is preferred. Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing 3+ direct reports.

- Strong commercial mindset focused on leasing.
Responsabilités
- Oversee a small team including Maintenance Technician and Customer Service Advisor.
- Manage occupancy rates and assist in driving leasing initiatives.
- Build relationships with FM teams as needed.

- Budget awareness (no need for full budget ownership)
- Comfortable leading and supporting:
- 1 Maintenance Technician
- 1 Assistant Resident Services Manager
- 1 Customer Service Advisor
- No facilities expertise required, but must confidently work with FM teams
- Someone clearly stronger than the internal ARSM applicant
