A leading healthcare employer is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to support their HR advisory function. The role involves mentoring, providing specialist advice, and influencing the People and Culture agenda across various divisions. Ideal candidates should have a Masters or equivalent experience in Human Resources, and experience in HR Business Partnering is desirable. The position offers a salary range of £55,690 to £62,682 per annum, alongside a commitment to professional development and supporting a diverse workforce.
