• Oversee a small team including Maintenance Technician and Customer Service Advisor.
• Manage occupancy rates and assist in driving leasing initiatives.
• Build relationships with FM teams as needed.

• 1 Customer Service Advisor
• No facilities expertise required, but must confidently work with FM teams
• Someone clearly stronger than the internal ARSM applicant
