A leading defence consultancy is seeking a Project Planner to support a high-profile defence project in Corsham. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules and ensuring effective coordination across teams. Candidates must have SC clearance and experience in project planning within defence or government sectors. This is a six-month contract with a daily rate of £500 to £590, working on-site three days a week.
Formación
- Strong experience in project planning within defence or government sectors.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Previous consultancy or client-facing experience is desirable.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and manage project schedules using industry-standard tools.
- Track project progress and identify risks and potential delays.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

FryerMiles are delighted to working with a leading defence consultancy on the recruitment of a SC Cleared Planner to support a high-profile defence project. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising project schedules, ensuring effective planning and coordination across teams in a secure environment.
- Develop and manage project schedules using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Track project progress, identifying risks and potential delays.
- Work closely with project managers, risk leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with MoD and government project controls frameworks.
SC clearance
- Strong experience in project planning and scheduling within defence, security, or government sectors.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Previous experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment is desirable.
