A leading manufacturing firm in Crawley is seeking a Finance Executive to lead the financial team and ensure effective financial management and reporting. The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with experience in a senior leadership role. Responsibilities include managing financial processes, optimizing working capital, and delivering financial insights to senior management.

The Finance Executive will lead the Finance and business support functions helping the businesses to ensure it is effectively enabled to deliver, with a particular focus on the UK site.
Oversee and deliver all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that accurate financial management and control is delivered across the two businesses in an effective way. The role will be based in Crawley and will report directly to the COO with a dotted line to the CEO.
