The Role

As part of the Colchester team, you will contribute to significant projects, including strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for private and public sector clients. The consultancy seeks an experienced planning professional with:

• MRTPI Chartered status
• A strong commercial understanding and ability to apply planning knowledge within a broader property context
• Excellent written and analytical skills, confident communication at all levels
• A proactive, energetic approach and a desire to learn and progress
• Strong client-facing skills and project management experience
