Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Goole and Surrounding Areas

Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for the flexibility of supply work? We are seeking dedicated HLTAs to support primary schools across Goole, delivering high-quality support to pupils and teachers on a supply basis.

1. Provide classroom support and cover for teachers when required.
2. Deliver small group interventions or 1:1 support for pupils.
3. Support the delivery of engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
4. Collaborate with teaching staff to foster a positive learning environment.
5. Adapt to various schools, classes, and year groups with confidence.

1. Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualifications.
2. Has previous experience working within primary education (EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2).
3. Is confident in delivering planned lessons in the teacher's absence.
4. Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's education.
