PageGroup are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful manufacturing organisation based in Newtown to appoint for a fantastic HR Manager role. Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be site-based working.
Reporting to a HR Director, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting this busy manufacturing site based in Newtown.
You will support management and leadership with a wide range of people matters including but not limited to:
- Provide advice and guidance on HR Policies and Procedures
- Support with recruitment across this busy site
- Support with a wide range of employee relations casework
- Support with succession planning and talent development
- Support the HR Director and HR Business Partner with a wide range of HR Projects and initiatives
- Proactively support with wellbeing and engagement initiatives
Ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR role.
