A payroll services company is looking for a Payroll Advisor for an initial 3-month contract with the potential for a permanent position. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work. Candidates should have experience in high-volume payroll processing and collaboration with HR and finance teams.
Qualificações
- Experience with CGI payroll system is desirable.
- Familiarity with UKG timesheets is desirable.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is ideal but not required.

- Support client’s payroll systems and processes.

- Process payroll for a high-volume environment, collaborating with the finance and HR teams to share workloads.
- Adapt to a fast-paced payroll function within a small team (2 payroll colleagues).
- Coordinate with the client’s payroll systems and processes as part of project support.
- Desirable experience with CGI payroll system.
- Desirable experience with UKG (timesheets).
- Manufacturing industry experience is ideal but not required.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration with finance and HR to manage workloads.
The role is 37.5 hours per week with flexible working options, e.g., longer days with a reduced Friday or similar arrangement.
