A well-known payroll service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Payroll Analyst to assist with payroll processing and support the payroll team during a project. The ideal candidate has experience in handling payroll, excellent communication skills, and a high level of computer literacy. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with an annual salary ranging from £32,000 to £36,000.
Qualifications
- Experience working on multiple payrolls including various frequencies.
- High level of computer literacy with MS Office.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsabilités
- Assisting with processing payrolls from start to finish.
- Dealing with various payroll queries.
- Inputting starters/leavers, holiday pay, etc.

- Assisting with processing payrolls from start to finish
- Dealing with various payroll queries
- Inputting starters/leavers, holiday pay etc
- Performing ad-hoc payroll calculations
- Running HR and Payroll reports
- Experience working on multiple payrolls including various frequencies
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Experience working in accountancy and dealing with payroll reconciliations
- Experience using multiple payroll platforms
- A fundamental understanding of UK payroll legislation
- Experience with excel and spreadsheets
