Overview

Personal Injury Legal Executive, 3+ Years, West Midlands / Hybrid, £Competitive (DOE) - join a highly experienced Personal Injury team and work on impactful, high-value cases where your legal expertise truly makes a difference.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior solicitors with serious injury cases across Road Traffic Accidents, Employer Liability and Public Liability
  • Liaise directly with clients to build trust, manage expectations, and provide clear legal guidance
  • Coordinate file setup and onboarding, ensuring a seamless client journey from the outset
  • Investigate liability, gather and analyse evidence, and calculate damages accurately
  • Draft legal documents including court pleadings, witness statements, and Schedules of Loss
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a mixed personal injury caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge of RTA, EL, and PL claims
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Calm, professional, and empathetic in challenging situations
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
