Leasehold Enfranchisement & Residential Property Lawyer
Salary: £45-70k DOE
One of the leading firms providing legal services to South London, Surrey, and the South East with offices in three locations is seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer who can also handle residential property work.
They are modern, professional, and comprise bright, talented, and ambitious individuals.
Managing a busy mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages and remortgages
- Lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
- Declarations of trust and joint ownership issues
- Acquisition of development sites and estate conveyancing
- Option agreements
- Providing support to your own dedicated Paralegal/Legal secretary
- A 2-5 years’ PQE Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Conveyancer with solid Leasehold Enfranchisement & Residential Conveyancing experience
- An individual capable of managing their own caseload confidently
- A track record of delivering high-quality client service
- Excellent reputation and a large existing client base
- One-to-one support
- Experienced team
- Bonus in addition to salary
