A local authority legal services team in the UK is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor for an interim position. The role offers hybrid working and a 4-day work week. Suitable candidates will have considerable experience in commercial property law and should be adaptable and self-motivated. Responsibilities include handling various property transactions and leases.
Qualificações
- Substantial experience and confidence in property law.
- Ability to handle commercial property transactions.
- Additional experience in residential transactions is beneficial.
Responsabilidades
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
- Manage community leases and assets of community value.
- Facilitate right to buy sales and buy-backs.
- Handle property purchases and disposals.

£££ - flexible DOE
Hybrid working arrangement
4 day working week (25-28 hours)
My client is a local authority in the Warwick area that is seeking a property law specialist to join their in‑house legal services team on an interim basis. This role provides a lot of autonomy and is suitable for property solicitors with considerable experience and confidence in their chosen area of law.
The current vacancy lies within the Legal Services Team and is for a lawyer specialising in commercial property transactions. Applicants must be adaptable and self‑motivated lawyers for this role, with experience in commercial property work. Additional experience in some standard residential transactions would be beneficial, but these can be picked up whilst in post.
