Senior Associate Employment Solicitor

Our client isseeking a talented mid-senior level Employment Lawyer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE to join its entrepreneurial and highly ranked team.

With four offices nationwide and aTier 1 Legal 500ranking for employment work, the firm offers high-quality matters, early responsibility and strong career progression.

Role Overview
  • Grievances, disciplinary issues, performance management, unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing
  • Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, including team moves
  • Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements

The role also involves supporting junior lawyers as a role model and trusted adviser.

Clients & Work

The firm's employer clients include leading brands in tech, retail, pharma and financial services. Work will cover:

  • Day-to-day employment law advice
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedures
  • Strategic HR and management support
  • Reorganisations, TUPE matters and business transfers
