Crone Corkill is currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique niche law firm specialising in Employment Law. We are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor, who will report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner.

This is a unique opportunity:

• The role is 100% flexible, either home or office based.
• Full-time work is preferred, but the firm will consider four days per week (Monday to Thursday).

The role involves:

• Acting on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, representing both individuals and employers across a full range of employment law issues.
• Building strong and lasting client relationships through excellent communication and a genuine commitment to client care.
• Having a background in employment law, litigation, or a related mix.
• Handling a balanced mix of Claimant and Respondent work.
• Receiving support to reach your full professional potential and develop your career in a highly regarded firm that provides high-quality, high-value work.

The firm offers a friendly team of secretarial support staff and paralegals working alongside solicitors to provide high-quality administrative support.
