Job Role: Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant

The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will be expected to help and assist the team with day-to-day routines including personal care and feeding.

The Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers must have at least 6 months of experience in care and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities include helping with daily care such as washing, dressing, feeding, making beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, assisting with mobility, and maintaining a tidy environment.

Previous experience and/or qualifications in care are essential. You will work under the supervision of nursing staff, assisting with patient care and using mobility aids as needed.

We supply staff to NHS and private sectors, including roles like Nurse, General Nurse, RGN, NMC, Band 5 & 6, HCA, Community Nurse, and Specialist Nurse in various departments.
