Our client, a fast-growing healthcare company, is seeking passionate nurses to provide top-quality care in patients' homes around the Peterborough/Cambridge/Milton Keynes/Luton area. This role offers an attractive salary of £40,840 including car allowance, paid mileage and other amazing benefits!
- Assisting Patients with their Peritoneal Dialysis (PD).
- Provide safe nursing care, including Peritoneal Dialysis, IV medication administration, and more.
- Setting up patients automated PD machines.
- Visiting patients to connect and disconnect them from their PD.
- Monitoring observations such as blood pressure and weight to ensure the patient receives the correct regime.
- Providing peritoneal catheter site care and dressing changes.
- Keeping the environment tidy and safe, stock replenishment, waste removal.
- Contacting referring PD units where their intervention or advice is required.
- Supporting both Adult & Paediatric patients in their own homes.
5 days a week with no night shifts. Start times at either 7am or 1pm, with weekend work on rotation.
- Annual salary of £40,840 including car allowance.
