We are working with an International Investment Manager who is looking for an experienced Compliance Advisory professional to join their regulatory compliance team in London. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a robust client-facing compliance program and providing pragmatic regulatory advice across the Group's entities, with a particular focus on the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Compliance Program, especially related to Client Facing, Marketing, and ESG activities.
2. Offer practical, clear, and actionable advice on compliance policies and procedures.
3. Conduct Compliance monitoring and testing to ensure regulatory adherence and implement necessary changes.

Key Requirements:

1. ESSENTIAL: Deep understanding of EU asset management regulations, UCITS, AIFMD, and cross-border distribution requirements, especially in the ME&A region.
2. Proven experience in client-facing distribution activities in ME&A, with a strong grasp of the associated regulatory requirements and best practices.
