We’re looking for a driven and strategic leader to manage and evolve key consumer financing and trade-in programs across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA). In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate across internal teams and external partners to optimize payment solutions, enhance the customer journey, and drive adoption across digital and retail channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of Monthly Payments and Trade-In programs across the EMEIA region.
  • Partner with financial services teams and key external institutions to shape program direction, prioritize projects, and negotiate contracts with major financing providers.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and regional partners to address customer issues, marketing integration, and continuous process improvement.
  • Drive the implementation of major program enhancements, new product launch readiness, and regional pricing alignment.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with retail and online sales teams to maximize program visibility, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
