Junior Corporate Commercial Lawyer – International Client Base

London-based | Start-up environment | Corporate focus with breadth

We’re working exclusively with a boutique law firm that’s quietly making waves. Founded just a few years ago by exceptional lawyers, the firm advises an impressive roster of clients—primarily founders of international tech start-ups and investment houses. The work is global, with strong links to the US, the Middle East, and key European markets.

This is a rare opportunity for a junior solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join a lean, high-calibre team doing meaningful, high-quality work with scaling businesses and entrepreneurial clients.

The role:

You’ll focus primarily on corporate and commercial matters—M&A, investment rounds, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts—but in a true start-up setting, you’ll also have the chance to step outside your lane. You might support on financial regulatory matters or work with asset management clients. No two days will look the same.

About you:

• Recently qualified (or up to 2 years’ PQE) with corporate commercial experience
• Comfortable in a small team environment and happy to muck in
• Interested in working with fast-growth tech companies and international clients
• Commercially minded, curious, and collaborative
