A mental health outreach organization in the United Kingdom is looking for a part-time Community Outreach Worker to support individuals with complex mental health needs in various locations. The successful candidate will provide holistic support, monitor client well-being, and raise awareness about mental health issues. This role offers a salary between £26,000 and £27,000 per annum, with annual leave and additional benefits. Suitable candidates are encouraged to apply by the closing date of December 26th.
The Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker supports people with complex mental health needs throughout Hertfordshire County, including Amersham and Chesham. Referrals come from Paradigm Housing Association for tenants experiencing mental health difficulties.
