A regional healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a candidate to provide leadership within a multidisciplinary team focused on supporting older adults with mental health needs. The role involves conducting mental health assessments and promoting teamwork in line with trust values. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical and leadership skills along with experience working with older adults. Flexible working options are available to support work/life balance.
The role will involve working within a MDT to support older adult service users on the dementia diagnostic pathway and in the community to remain at home and prevent hospital admission.
