- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including shipping, aviation, general logistics, and finance and banking agreements.
- Supporting the Head of Corporate Transactions with commercial due diligence and contract reviews.
- Providing guidance on data protection, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Drafting clear, practical, and commercially sound documentation tailored to individual client needs.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-profile clients to support their ongoing business operations and growth.
- 0-3 years'' PQE in non-contentious commercial law.
- Excellent drafting skills with a sharp eye for detail.
